Signed 16-bit little-endian metres. Rows run south, columns east. The metadata gives the projected centre of the first sample, dimensions and SHA-256 checksum. Treat −32768 as missing. The client can sample a tile at any local EPSG:3413 coordinate.
H3 addresses work worldwide. Check the catalog for published coverage before requesting a cell. This release contains the Thule region.
